Syro Industry Co., Ltd. (the “company” thereafter) guarantees that the glazing installation has been completed according to the contract documents and good building practice. The warranty covers faulty mounting, material failures and defects in workmanship of an installed glazing system and includes cover for any required repair work including materials.
The warranty will apply provided that the purchaser has accepted the delivery. Should the purchaser does not file a complaint within seven (7) days of the date of shipment, the delivery is deemed to have been accepted and the warranty period starts.
For defects in the materials and workmanship of the glazing, the warranty period is five (5) years from the date of delivery.
Restrictions of warranty
The warranty does not cover
● adjustments, repairs and spare parts required due to ordinary wear and tear, negligent use of the product or failure to observe the instructions for use;
● any damage caused by the settlement of the structures, by greater than normal stress inflicted on the balcony glazing, or by sudden, unforeseen events, or natural catastrophe;
● changes, repairs or retrofitting without the manufacturer's or dealer's consent; sun screens and other accessories or separate supplementary structures;
● Patterns on the surface of tempered glass panes.
Tempered glass complies with the requirements of EN 12150-1 and EN572-8.
